"I have worked with Kierish Developments for over two years and their work is of the highest quality, being among the best standard of workmanship I have known. Throughout their projects they are mindful of the needs and wishes of their clients. They take time to talk to their clients through the various stages of development so they are always aware of what is going on. Wherever possible they ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly, whether you are buying a new home from them or utilising their services for improvements to your home."

Donald Dawson, Chairman PCC - St Leonard's Church, Sherifeld on Loddon
"Kierish Developments Ltd were one of five companies who ternered for a £300,000 new extension at St Leonard's Church, Sherfield on Loddon and were duly awarded the contract by Parochial Church Council (PCC) on the adivce of JMW Associates acting on behalf of the PCC. Both Winchester Diocese Advisory Commitee (DAC) and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council required exacting standards of design and construction for permit approval in order for the extension to be built connected to the grade II listed church.
Throughout the nine month building project period the PCC has been highly satisfied with the progress of the building, from the piling for the foundations to the flint work for the outer wall. The relationship between the contactors and the PCC has at all times been admirable and on many occasions Kierish Developments went the extra mile to accommodate requests by the PCC and the architect. Site meetings between the contactors, the architect, the quantity surveyor and the representatives of the PCC were always most cordial and never acrimonious. When difficulties arose they were discussed openly and if time was lost every effort was made to catch up on the schedule. To run all the activities of a church over a period of nine months with an adjacent building site can be difficult, but every effort was made to keep the site as tidy as possible with minimal disruption to the every day running of the church. Overall, the PCC and the church architect have been extremely pleased with the entire construction process and with the co-operation of all the Kierish employees and contractors who were involved with the project.
The building was completed on budget and has been much admired by the congregation and visitors alike."
